How far in advance should I contact you?+
Eight to twelve weeks is ideal. Signature experiences and exclusive locations may require more time. If your trip is closer, tell us and we will assess what can be done beautifully.
Will my partner know anything is planned?+
No. Discretion is central to the service. We coordinate timing, transportation, hotel communication, and every vendor without exposing the surprise.
What happens if it rains?+
Every experience includes a weather strategy. Depending on the location, this may include a protected private setting, a timing adjustment, or a fully prepared second plan.
Can you coordinate the rest of our trip?+
Our focus is the proposal experience. For Signature clients, we can coordinate selected surrounding moments and work directly with your hotel or luxury travel advisor.
